If you use multiple inboxes, you can connect them all to your VE.AI account. No switching tools everything gets organized in one workspace.
Important: Use the same login
Your VE.AI account is linked to one Google or Microsoft login.
Always sign in with the same login you used when you created your account.
Using a different login will create a separate VE.AI account with its own billing, settings, and history.
Connect another email
Sign in to VE.AI with your original Google/Microsoft login.
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Select Connect another email.
Follow the prompts.
VE.AI will automatically apply your smart categories and rules to the new inbox.
Troubleshooting: Can't pick the right account?
If Google or Microsoft isn’t letting you choose another account:
Sign out of your Google/Microsoft account in your browser and try again.
Or open VE.AI in an Incognito / Private Window.
When prompted, don’t check “Do not ask me again.” That blocks account selection.
