How many inboxes can I set up?

You can set up one inbox per user with the Professional Plan.
If you need to manage multiple inboxes, upgrade to the Pro Plan, which allows you to connect unlimited inboxes (Gmail or Outlook) per user — all within a single workspace.


Workspace & Organization Limits

Each subscription is linked to one workspace (organization).
If you want to manage inboxes across multiple organizations, you’ll need separate subscriptions for each workspace.


Connecting Multiple Email Accounts

You can connect more than one email account to your existing VE account.

To do this:

  1. Go to your VE Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

  3. Click Connect another inbox.

  4. Follow the prompts to authorize the new email account.

Once connected, VE will automatically begin syncing and labeling your additional inbox.


If you experience issues connecting additional inboxes:

  • Make sure all inboxes belong to the same workspace.

  • Confirm you have an active Pro subscription.

  • Recheck the Integrations tab to ensure setup steps were completed.


💡 Tip:
For best performance, use separate browser sessions or profiles if you’re connecting multiple accounts from the same provider (like Gmail).
